Our web based Training & Competence monitoring application includes a test administration tool which provides all you need to create tests for your workforce.

  • The administration tool lets you add and manage your own questions against your own learning objectives.
  • Use test learning objectives to identify training needs - only deliver training to personnel who really need it
  • Complete analysis is available (via reports, dashboards and so on) against individuals, teams, learning objectives etc.
  • Optionally, tests can be invigilated (for example by a supervisor). The supervisor enters their password before the test can be started
  • Questions can include multiple choice (where only 1 choice is correct), true/false (where any number of the choices can be correct) or narrative (free text entry). There is no question or choice limit.
  • Instant automatic marking means the sitter immediately sees their result and identify areas that need development based on learning objectives. (Note that narrative type questions are marked manually.)
  • Tests can be given a sitting-date-range so tests can be added proactively. For example you can make a test only available from the last day of a related course
  • Surveys (for example TCF) can also be created (similar to tests but they are not marked.) Feedback and analysis is still available
