Pricing and Costs

For the T&C Monitoring system and the Productivity Monitoring system, the price is per monitored person per month and includes documentation, support and maintenance.

Any initial consultancy, for example customisation of the system to meet your unique requirements is charged extra at a daily rate and would be agreed before commencing.

For the Activity Monitoring system there is a monthly hosting charge (minimum 12 months) for the online dashboards, heat maps and reports. The monthly amount is based on the amount of data, the complexity of the dashboard(s) and the number of MI/analysis logins required.

There is also a consultancy charge (agreed before commencing) for the initial data gathering phase (this includes determining activities, activity categories and allocating time percentages to activities).

Other consultancy services, for example the T&C Review or KPI Review would be priced at our consultancy daily rate. A price will be agreed before commencing the reviews.

When we provide hosting, prices include a secure, https hosted solution so you would have reduced in-house IT implementation and support costs, no backups to consider and so on.

We can also provide consultancy costs and continuing maintenance and support costs to implement the systems on your own networks/intranets. Naturally this will depend on your own infrastructure, data/MI requirements and circumstances.

Expenses and training costs are also extra.
