• Visual Basic 6 (VB6). How to maintain, develop, document and support legacy systems developed using Visual Basic 6 and Access. Also how to convert legacy systems to Visual Studio.
• Upsizing Access Applications. Converting Access based applications to SQL Server
• Phone Training. Train your call centre staff to engage the customer. State of the art phone training equipment enables trainers to monitor conversations and record for evidence (for recording with the T&C monitoring system)

All courses can be developed and delivered with your own company branding and delivered to delegates or to your own trainers i.e. "Train-the-Trainer"
